All of our coaches play a huge role in the journey’s of the young people they work with and help support them onto their next steps. One part of the support we offer is working with the Team Programme Tutors to support our young people through the 12 weeks programme. Any young person who comes through our Youth Employment Service will have constant support throughout their journey and the support of their coach in helping them become successful.

Our service not only supports each young person from start to finish but all of our coaches work tirelessly to ensure all the young people they work with have every opportunity to succeed. This snippet just shows that moment’s like these matter in the young persons journey.
