Archie came to Inspire having been off work for a year and was not sure where to go with his life. He has worked closely with Simon over the last few months to build up his confidence and motivate him to get into a job he enjoyed and for him to want to take his life seriously. Archie has overcome many fears and mental health issues and has thrived since being coached by Simon.
‘My Youth Employment Coach Simon has worked closely with me to overcome fears and help with my anxiety. It has given me the confidence and understanding of how to approach work and my life and I have learnt that it is okay to not be okay and to try different things. Before I joined YES, I didn’t take anything seriously but the service has helped me with my motivation and given me the confidence where I want to take everything more seriously. After a year long break off work with mental health issues, I finally have the drive and motivation to move forwards’
