So what is YES? Glad you asked! We are a Youth Employment Service that works with you one-to-one to help you build a CV you’re proud of, find training oppotunities, develop your employability and identify jobs that are right for you. We don’t rest until you’re in lasting employment.

The pandemic had a huge impact on young people and has resulted in many feeling unsure of where to go next. With so many opportunities and career pathways out there, it is a minefield of knowing how and where to start. This is where we come in – we can give you advice and guidance with everthing from employment and apprenticeships, to training and education.
