We are YES. We help young people aged 16-24 in Suffolk to get what they want from life.
We’re powered by Inspire Suffolk, a registered charity in England and Wales.
How Can We Help
Whether it’s careers advice or help building the skills you need to be job-ready, we work with you to shape your future and explore your options. No matter what’s holding you back, our coaches can help you one-to-one with advice, mentoring and new opportunities.
YES is powered by Inspire Suffolk and gives you access to a huge range of resources for young people who want to take their future into their own hands.
We are funded by Suffolk County Council, Suffolk Public Sector Leaders, East Suffolk Council, East Suffolk Partnership and EDF Sizewell C.

FAQs
Of course – many of our recommended training courses and programmes develop confidence and increase self-esteem and we’ll never recommend you take a step you’re not ready for.
We can provide support over the phone or face to face. All our coaches are friendly, approachable and know how daunting it can be to make big life changes.
We can help you for as long as you need. Our one to one coaching can also help you through challenging situations, like job interviews, so you’ll feel prepared and in control.
We work with young people who are not in employment, education or training. Not everyone that comes to us feels ready to enter the workplace yet, and that is okay! We can help you explore your interests, find training opportunities and build confidence, so more doors are open to you when you’re ready to take your next steps.
If you know someone who could benefit from our support, please encourage them to get in touch. In some cases, we can offer general advice to parents and guardians over the phone.
YES! If you feel you’re at risk of not progressing into employment, education or training, we are here to get you on the right track.
